Paleo Broccoli Salad
I love this classic broccoli salad recipe, however traditionally it is made with many hidden unhealthy ingredients. In this recipe I leave out the sugars, and make sure to include organic, unsweetened, and whole30 approved ingredients!

4 cups organic broccoli florets, raw or blanched
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/4 cup unsweetened dried cranberries
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup bacon, crumbled (paleo or whole30 approved)
1/2 cup mayo (paleo or whole30 approved)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Combine the broccoli, red onion, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and bacon in a large bowl. In a small bowl whisk together the mayo, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the broccoli salad and toss until combined. Refrigerate until ready to enjoy. If you like your bacon crispy you can wait to add it just before serving.
