Pumpkin Pie Bliss Balls
I am ready for the Fall weather, we got a little taste of it earlier this week and it was amazing! Cloudy skies, rain, and temperatures in the 70’s! Although I have not brought out the Fall decor, I have been using some Fall food in the kitchen. These pumpkin pie bliss balls are a perfect sweet treat loaded with all the Fall flavors! I even used some essential oils with my spices to enhance the taste and nutrition. When you are using essential oils with your foods you want to make sure you are using a food grade quality. I use the Young Living Vitality line and they are wonderful for adding flavor to not only your food, but also great for flavored water, and dietary supplements! If you’re interested in learning more about the oils you can visit my oils page or reach out to me directly on my contact page.
