Homemade Thieves Hand Purifying Spray

DIY Homemade Thieves hand sanitizer.png

There are so many homemade recipes that you can make with the essential oils, which is one of the many reasons why I love them! This thieves hand purifying spray is one I always love to keep in my purse. It smells amazing, has wonderful cleansing properties, and leaves your hands feeling soft and moisturized after using! This recipe can be easily cut in half if you are wanting to fill 2 oz bottles instead of a 4 oz. I love keeping the larger 4 oz bottle on hand, however the smaller bottles can be great for tucking into your kids backpacks or lunch boxes!

This is one of my favorite carrier oils to have on hand for mixing up essential oil recipes! Jojoba oil is great for all skin types and can also be used on your face. Adding just a small amount to this recipe helps to keep your hands moisturized! You always want to look for a cold pressed and unrefined carrier oil. You can find this brand HERE.

RECIPE

Using a funnel add the aloe to a 4 oz fine mist spray bottle. The aloe will most likely sit in the funnel, pour the witch hazel into the funnel and tap the bottle to help the aloe and liquid fall into the spray bottle. Add the thieves and jojoba oil. Next you will fill the remainder of the spray bottle with distilled water. Place the lid on the bottle and shake to combine.
